This is the most common red grape variety in the world but our Cabernet comes from a particular Carmenere variety that gives the wine the peculiar herbaceous sense of smell.
Deep ruby color with purple hues is the typical color of our best red vintage wine. Herb and spicy tastes; on the palate it stands out for the balance between structure, persistence and tannins.
