Great native vine in Eastern Veneto area. It is named after the declination of the adjective “rabioso”, which means a bitter and strong grape. The maturation and the following harvest time are scheduled for late October.
Drunk young it has an intense aroma of morello cherry, red jam and violet hints. On the palate it stands out for its well-balanced structure and the perfectly mixed combination of acidity and tannins level.
