Very nice as aperitif and to match light dishes and traditional cold cuts.
This rosé wine is obtained by blending together the Raboso Piave grape and the Raboso Veronese grape. It has a very interesting cerasuolo – pink/red cherry – colour with purple tinges.
The fragrance is fresh and soft with violet and bramble reminiscences. On the palate it is smooth and delicate, pleasantly sourish and with a medium sweet flavour; very refreshing during the summer.
